Terms of Service

1. The deal

SiegeForge provides Summoners War guild siege analytics and AI offense recommendations. The service is operated by Laragod. These terms govern your use of siegeforge.app and the SiegeForge SWEX plugin.

Using SiegeForge means you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t use it.

2. Account

• You must be at least 16 to register.
• You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account.
• One human, one account. Don’t share accounts.

3. What we’re not

SiegeForge is an independent community tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Com2uS or Summoners War. “Summoners War” and related marks belong to their respective owners.

The SWEX plugin is a third-party open-source tool by Xzandro. SiegeForge only publishes a plugin for SWEX — we don’t publish SWEX itself. Your use of SWEX is governed by its own terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service beyond the APIs we provide.
• Submit forged, falsified, or injected battle data to manipulate analytics or the AI recommender.
• Use the service to harass individuals or guilds, dox users, or coordinate brigading.
• Attempt to access other guilds’ or members’ private data that aren’t shared with you.
• Resell access, or use output from the AI recommender as the basis of a competing commercial product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Credits, subscriptions, refunds

• Credits are spent on AI-powered features. Contributions of battle data earn credits in return.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• EU consumer law: you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because our service is digital and you begin using it immediately, by purchasing credits or a subscription you explicitly agree to begin performance within that period and waive your right to withdraw for content already consumed. Unused credits, and the prorated unused portion of a subscription, are refundable in the 14-day window.
• After the 14-day window, subscriptions run to the end of the current billing period, then stop if cancelled.

6. Your data

Your data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service — see the Privacy Policy.

If you contribute to the shared ML training pool (opt-in toggle), the resulting model and aggregate statistics are derived works owned by SiegeForge, but the individual battle records remain your data and are subject to the deletion process described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Our content and trademarks

Everything on SiegeForge that isn’t user content — the site, the plugin source, the ML models, branding — is either owned by SiegeForge or used under licence. Don’t copy, rebrand, or redistribute it without permission.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that recommendations will win you battles, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will suit every guild.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiegeForge’s total liability arising from the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish or EU law (e.g. gross negligence, intent, or statutory consumer rights).

9. Termination

You can delete your account any time from account settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or section 4.

On termination, your personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy: account data deleted within 30 days, historic battle participation pseudonymised rather than removed.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email and in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change; if you don’t, delete your account within that window.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are heard by the courts with jurisdiction over the seat of the operator, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to sue or be sued at your place of residence within the EU.
